January means that citrus season is in full swing, so this week we have a classic cocktail with a citrus forward twist. The gimlet is a versatile, delicious cocktail, and while it’s traditionally made with gin we’re serving this version with our Sol Chamomile Citrus Vodka. In this delicious sipper the bright citrus notes in Sol are complimented by fresh lime, and a honey simple syrup brings a warm, rich depth.
Honey Gimlet
2 oz Sol Chamomile Citrus Vodka
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz Honey Simple
Shake ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!
