As you may have heard, we’re in the process moving up the road into our new space. It’s super exciting, but it means the Tasting Room will be closed while we relocate, so this week’s cocktail is one for you all to make at home. If this seems like too much work, sidle up to that bar for a great one at The Vig in Old Town, Chicago. Their homemade cocktail onions will melt your mind!
Combine gin and vermouth, stir with ice until your arm gets tired. Strain into your favorite glass and garnish with cocktail onions.
* My current fave, but choose the vermouth, and gin:vermouth ratio, that you like. You can’t mess it up!
