Grow Your Garnish Class @ Botanic Garden
Elevate your cocktails with fresh herbs! Explore techniques like muddling, infusing in spirits or syrups, and creating herb garnishes. Sample a variety of drinks made with fresh ingredients, complete with recipes and step-by-step instructions. Plus, take home a new plant to grow your own cocktail garnish. Alcohol will be served in this class; participants must be 21 years of age or older.
Class will feature a few cocktail and spirit samples made with products from North Shore Distillery, the oldest craft distillery in Illinois, and will be taught by our Chief Cocktail Nerd, Sonja Kassebaum.
