We created this drink last winter, taking inspiration from the Cosmopolitan recipe but swapping out several ingredients. We’ve recently brought it back due to popular demand – we’ve already had several people come in asking for it, some of whom heard about this drink from friends who said it’s the best cocktail they have ever had!
The pomegranate juice pairs beautifully with our Tahitian Vanilla Vodka, with hints of orange from the orange liqueur. It’s a smooth and lightly fruity cocktail that’s sure to be a crowd pleaser. If you want some citrus and tea notes rather than vanilla, you can also make this drink with our Sol Chamomile Citrus Vodka.
Eden’s Prayer
1½ oz North Shore Tahitian Vanilla Vodka
1½ oz Pomegranate Juice
¾ oz Triple Sec-Style Orange Liqueur (psst.. our Distiller’s Series orange liqueur is available at the distillery for a limited time)
¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Shake ingredients with ice; strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
