This week’s drink is an early favorite in our new Tasting Room, and a great cocktail for summer. The herbacious, floral notes from the Earl Grey tea is lovely paired with the abundant juniper in our classic gin. It’s a one-two punch!
Duke of Earl
1½ oz Distiller’s Gin No. 11
¾ oz Earl Grey Syrup
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Shake first three ingredients with ice.Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice and top with soda. Garnish with a lemon swath.
