Our new Cocoa Curaçao has deep, delicious layers of chocolate and orange, so of course we had to try it in a Cosmo variation! This riff on the famous cocktail mixes Cocoa Curaçao with the creamy, floral notes of our Tahitian Vanilla Vodka, along with cranberry and fresh lime to add bright fruit notes to the orange of the Curaçao.
Cocoa Cosmo
1 oz Cocoa Curaçao
1 oz NS Tahitian Vanilla Vodka
1 oz Cranberry Juice
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 dash Chocolate Bitters (we use Scrappy’s)
Shake ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a swath of orange peel.
