Our Tahitian Vanilla Vodka is delicious simply on the rocks, perhaps with a cinnamon stick for garnish if you’re feeling fancy.  Here are a few of our other favorite ways to enjoy it.

Tahitian Driver

2 oz Tahitian Vanilla Vodka
3-4 oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice

Combine over ice; stir.  Add a splash of club soda if desired, and garnish with an orange wedge.

Root Beer “Float”

2 oz Tahitian Vanilla Vodka
5 oz Good Rood Beer

Combine over ice; add a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.


Eden’s Prayer

History: This is a variation on the classic Cosmopolitan, which was created by a bartender in Miami in the 1980′s.

1½ oz Tahitian Vanilla Vodka
¾ oz Orange Liqueur (ours, or another Triple Sec)
1½ oz Pomegranate Juice
¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice

Shake ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of fresh orange peel or a lime wedge.

Cosmo with limes (sm)

Tropic of Paradise

History: This is a riff on a classic sour, with some Aquavit adding spice, along with some molasses bitters and an almond syrup for depth and texture.

1½ oz Tahitian Vanilla Vodka
½ oz Aquavit – Private Reserve
½ oz Orgeat (we use Small Hands Foods)
½ oz Fresh Orange Juice
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Dash Molasses Bitters (we use BD Bittering Co from Louisville, KY)

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an orange swath or a lime wedge.



1¾ oz Tahitian Vanilla Vodka
1½ oz Pear Nectar (we use Looza)
½ oz Simple Syrup
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Dash of Cinnamon

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass glass. Garnish with a dash of cinnamon.

Blue Orchid

1 oz North Shore Tahitian Vanilla Vodka
¾ oz Jo Snow Blueberry-Jasmine Syrup
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Egg White
Club Soda

Shake first four without ice, then add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, and top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with a swath of lemon peel.
