We’re celebrating rum this week at the Tasting Room! We have Mojito mint growing in our distillery garden, and with blueberry season in full swing, this week’s cocktail is perfectly in keeping with our theme for the month. It’s a modern classic that we love, and we think you will, too!

Blueberry Mojito
1½ oz North Shore Rum
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
7-8 Blueberries
2-3 Mint Leaves
Club Soda
In a mixing glass, muddle mint, blueberries, and simple syrup. Add rum, lime juice, and shake well with ice. Empty contents into a Collins glass, and top with soda. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.
