Our featured cocktail for September is a new one I created for the Palate to Palette event we’re participating in this month. It features many layers of floral notes without being too perfume-y, and bright citrus accents. It requires some specialized ingredients, but is totally doable at home if you love it as much as we do. Here’s the recipe:
Art is Life
1.75 oz North Shore Vodka
1/2 oz Plain Simple
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Hibiscus-Orange-Rosehip Tea (brewed at 2x strength)
2 dashes Bitters J.M Fleur d’Atoumo
Shake with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
