This week’s cocktail is a lower calorie/lower sugar option, which is something we get asked about from time to time. We made a stevia syrup for this one, so it contains no added sugar. It resembles the Duke of Earl and the Palmer’s Revenge, two Tasting Room favorites from earlier in the year.
We’ve eased up on the vodka (you can adjust it back up if you want), and also made a tea syrup using stevia as the sweetener. By subbing Sol Chamomile Citrus for vodka, we double up on the bright citrus and tea notes. It’s a sessionable cocktail that doesn’t sacrifice any flavor.
Shake the first three ingredients with ice then strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with club soda, stir lightly, and garnish with a lemon twist.
