This drink goes out to all you absinthe lovers out there. Actually, it’s a pretty good cocktail for our “long time listener, first time caller” fans as well. It’s flavors are bold but smooooooth. Whip one up or stop by the Tasting Room

Absinthe Smash
1½ oz Sirène Absinthe Verte
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
4-5 Mint Leaves
Shake ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a sprig of mint or twist.
