Vodka Infused with Exotic Tahitian Vanilla Beans

A member of the orchid family, vanilla is the only orchid grown for commercial purposes. Treasured both for its aroma and its flavor, true vanilla and its imitators can be found in a variety of foods, beverages and fragrances.

There are many species of vanilla, but the finest and most exotic beans are grown in Tahiti. Introduced to them by some friends in the vanilla business, we were simply blown away and knew we wanted to share the amazing flavor and smell with others through our products.

To create our Tahitian Vanilla Vodka, we prepare hand-selected vanilla beans and cold-infuse them with our North Shore Vodka. The resulting spirit has a delicate yellow hue, a well-balanced taste and a silky smooth finish. A true delight on its own, this spirit also works well in a variety of amazing cocktails and pairs perfectly with an array of cheeses. Its a great spirit for entertaining.

You can find this spirit at select retailers and restaurants in the Chicago area and beyond. It has received some wonderful press. In May 2009, we announced that we are ceasing production of this spirit, but you'll still see it around for a little while.
