Spring Is In The Air
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass or champagne flute, garnish with fresh tangerine slice.

Hands On Cocktail Class
Saturday, March 8th and April 12th - 5 to 6:30 pm
Come enjoy this great, hands-on class where you'll be guided through making 3 cocktails and then you'll be creating one of your own! Class is $25 and includes light snacks - email us to sign up. The first class is full, so we added a 2nd date!
P.S. - This means we'll be closed to other visitors on Sat 3/8 from 5 to 6:30 pm for the class.
St. Paddy's Day Celebration
Saturday, March 15th - 12 to 9 pm
For the third year in a row, we'll be pulling a sample of our single malt whiskey and offering it for sale (sorry, by the glass only - it's still not a retail item yet!), and sharing a bit of our Poitin (Irish-style moonshine) as well. Stop by if you're in the area that day!
