The Tom Collins is another classic gin cocktail we’re fond of and this week’s drink is a great Collins for those who aren’t fans of gin…
Our winter menu in the Tasting Room is full of fun spice. This week’s drink has lovely, rich flavors – basil, ginger, allspice, turmeric and coriander. We love how well it plays with our chamomile citrus vodka, the spices in the syrup really pop the orange flavors in the spirit, and you still get the clean, “green” flavor of the basil. It’s delish!
Spiced Basil Collins
Add Sol, basil syrup, and lemon juice to a Collin glass and fill glass with ice. Top with soda, stir gently and garnish with a lemon twist.
– It’s bonus week! The syrup also makes a great, easy mocktail if you’re taking a breather after too many holiday cocktails.
