In Sirène Absinthe Verte Recipes

We know, we know… we featured this cocktail a couple of years ago in an Industry Trends post, but we couldn’t resist featuring it as our cocktail this week before it disappears for the season – it’s Just. So. Good.

And, we’re just so excited to have our aged rum back on the Tasting Room bar! It’s better than you remember, so stop by to celebrate and enjoy this tropical delight.sirenacolada

Sirèna Colada

1 oz Sirène Absinthe Verte
½ oz North Shore Aged Rum *
1¼ oz Pineapple Juice
1¼ oz Coconut Syrup (50/50 blend of coconut milk and coconut cream)
½ oz Fresh Lemon
¼ oz Simple Syrup
Shake ingredients with ice; strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a pineapple spear, or mint sprig.
