Here’s one we bet you didn’t see coming – grapefruit and absinthe! We’re diving into citrus season with this one with two strong flavors – it’s a match made in heaven. Adding just a touch of cardamom gives this cocktail a hint of spicy, perfumed top notes.

She Summons
1½ oz Sirène Absinthe
1½ oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
¼ oz Cardamom Syrup
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a grapefruit swath.
