Even without my orange peel garnish, I still taste delish!
This week’s drink is a variation on a classic formula for the Sidecar, as well as the White Lady. We love the savory depth our Aquavit adds to this cocktail, and using our delightful Oaked Orange Liqueur really punches up the complexity.
It’s perfect for the season…
Sailor Mercury
1½ oz Aquavit-Private Reserve
1 oz North Shore Oaked Orange Liqueur *
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an orange swath (if you’ve got one).
