The Pegu Club is a great example of the trend for fresh, balanced cocktails. It’s flavor is reminiscent of grapefruit, which makes it a great, refreshing drink for a hot, muggy day. 2 oz Distiller’s Gin No. 11
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz Triple Sec
1/4 oz simple syrup (1:1)
4 dashes Angostura bitters
Shake ingredients with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with orange twist.
