The Pegu Club at Au Cheval in Chicago

Pegu Club
(This exact version was suggested by Paul McGee when he was at The Whistler)

2 oz Distiller’s Gin No. 11
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz Triple Sec
1/4 oz simple syrup (1:1)
4 dashes Angostura bitters

Shake ingredients with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with orange twist.
