This great cocktail is a riff on a classic sour, and has been one of the perennial favorites in our tasting room, especially when the weather gets warm. It’s the perfect sipper for a sunny afternoon, or a ray of sunshine on an overcast day… Either way, bottoms up!
Combined ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with swath of lemon peel. Or, if you’re feeling fancy, strain it into a chilled cocktail glass instead and serve it “up.”
