Yup, another great gin and tonic recipe! This one is from our recent distillery cocktail class and it’s a great pairing of sweet strawberries with clean, bright peppers. It has tons of flavor and a long, zippy finish.
We’ll be featuring this and a few other Valentine’s Day cocktails in the Tasting Room this weekend, stop by for a sip before jumping in front of (or dodging) Cupid’s arrow!
Add all ingredients to a goblet, fill with ice and top with tonic. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and a slice of lime.
* Cardamom syrup is an easy substitute if you want to tone down the spicy pepper.
