In Sol Chamomile Citrus Recipes

Our garden is thriving with the (finally) warm weather, so we’re featuring garden fresh cocktails in the Tasting Room for the month of August. This week’s treat has bright citrus accented by herbal undertones, both from our chamomile citrus vodka and the lemon verbena that has taken rule over one of our patio herb pots. It’s hard to get any fresher when you’re picking herbs to order 10 feet from the bar!Lemon Verbena 2

Lemon Verbena Drop

2 oz Sol Chamomile Citrus
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Lemon Verbena Syrup

Shake ingredients with ice; strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a sprig of lemon verbena.
