Latin Lovers Hot Cocoa
1½ oz Tahitian Vanilla Vodka
½ oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup
Dash of Chili Powder
6 oz Hot Chocolate
Combine vodka, cinnamon syrup, and chili powder in a mug. Top with hot chocolate, and stir to combine. Garnish with whipped cream and a dash of ground cinnamon.
