We do love an Old Fashioned at this time of the year. We’re especially digging them right now with our newest limited release, Fireside Orange. It has lovely citrus and herbal notes and plays really well with our Amber Rum, but it’s also pretty killer with whiskey. It’s a lovely accent in a great classic cocktail!
Fireside Fashioned
2 oz North Shore Amber Rum (or your favorite aged Bourbon)
¾ oz Fireside Orange
Angostura Bitters
Orange Peel
Muddle a swath of orange peel with 2 dashes of bitters & Fireside Orange. Add bourbon, stir well with ice, and strain into an rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with an additional orange peel swath.
