SIMPLE & ELEGANT

Honey Gimlet

Citrus Sparkler

2 oz Sol Chamomile Citrus
Bitter Lemon Soda (we love Fever Tree)
Fresh orange peel

Muddle a large swath of fresh orange peel with Sol in a tall glass.   Top with ice, then top with soda.  Garnish with additional swath of orange peel.

CLASSIC COCKTAILS

Sol Cosmopolitan

History: a well-made Cosmo is a delight; created in the 1980’s and credited with helping bring cocktails back into fashion.

1¾ oz Sol Chamomile Citrus Vodka
½ oz Orange Liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
1 oz Cranberry Juice
¼ oz Fresh Lime

Shake ingredients with ice; strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge, or a twist of fresh orange peel.

Sol 76

History: this is a riff on the French 75, a classic gin drink named for a weapon that travels lightly but packs a big punch.

1½ oz Sol Chamomile Citrus
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Dry Sparkling Wine

Shake first three ingredients with ice; strain into chilled champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine, and garnish with a lemon curl. Also delicious with honey syrup instead of plain simple syrup.
