Honey Gimlet

2 oz Sol Chamomile Citrus
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz Honey Syrup

Shake ingredients with ice, strain into ice-filled glass or chilled coupe. Garnish with fresh lime wedge.

Citrus Sparkler

2 oz Sol Chamomile Citrus
Bitter Lemon Soda (we love Fever Tree)
Fresh orange peel

Muddle a large swath of fresh orange peel with Sol in a tall glass.   Top with ice, then top with soda.  Garnish with additional swath of orange peel.

Fall Toddy

History: a staple drink for two hundred of years on a brisk day, this citrusy, floral variation will warm your soul.

2 oz Sol Chamomile Citrus Vodka
½ oz Simple Syrup (to taste)
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Strong Hibiscus tea

Add Sol, syrup and lemon to a mug, top with hot tea and stir. Garnish with a lemon wedge if desired.  If you would prefer it cold, shake ingredients with ice and pour over fresh ice in a Collins glass.

Sol 76

History: this is a riff on the French 75, a classic gin drink named for a weapon that travels lightly but packs a big punch.

1½ oz Sol Chamomile Citrus
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Dry Sparkling Wine

Shake first three ingredients with ice; strain into chilled champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine, and garnish with a lemon curl. Also delicious with honey syrup instead of plain simple syrup.

Sweet Sol Sour

2 oz Sol Chamomile Citrus Vodka
1½ oz Cranberry Juice
½ oz Brown Sugar Syrup
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Dash of Ground Cinnamon

Shake ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled old fashioned glass. Garnish with a lemon twist. This drink makes a great punch – simply multiply by # of servings desired and either serve over a lot of ice, or add 1 oz water per serving. Garnish with lemon & orange slices.

Violet Fizz

1½ oz Sol Chamomile Citrus
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¼ oz Creme de Violette
½ oz Simple Syrup
Club Soda

Shake first four ingredients well with ice; strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a fresh violet, if available, or a lemon curl.
