COCKTAILS WITH SOL CHAMOMILE CITRUS VODKA
Sol Chamomile Citrus Vodka is delicious simply on the rocks or with a splash of club soda, but it also makes delicious cocktails. Here are a few of our current favorites. In addition, you can explore our archives for other favorite recipes.
SIMPLE & ELEGANT

Honey Gimlet
2 oz Sol Chamomile Citrus
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz Honey Syrup
Shake ingredients with ice, strain into ice-filled glass or chilled coupe. Garnish with fresh lime wedge.
Citrus Sparkler
2 oz Sol Chamomile Citrus
Bitter Lemon Soda (we love Fever Tree)
Fresh orange peel
Muddle a large swath of fresh orange peel with Sol in a tall glass. Top with ice, then top with soda. Garnish with additional swath of orange peel.
CLASSIC COCKTAILS
Sol Cosmopolitan
History: a well-made Cosmo is a delight; created in the 1980’s and credited with helping bring cocktails back into fashion.
1¾ oz Sol Chamomile Citrus Vodka
½ oz Orange Liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
1 oz Cranberry Juice
¼ oz Fresh Lime
Shake ingredients with ice; strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge, or a twist of fresh orange peel.

Sol 76
History: this is a riff on the French 75, a classic gin drink named for a weapon that travels lightly but packs a big punch.
1½ oz Sol Chamomile Citrus
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Dry Sparkling Wine
Shake first three ingredients with ice; strain into chilled champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine, and garnish with a lemon curl. Also delicious with honey syrup instead of plain simple syrup.
SEASONAL & ADVANCED RECIPES
Strawberry Lemon Drop
2 oz Sol Chamomile Citrus Vodka
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup (or Lemon Verbena-infused)
1-2 Fresh Strawberries (dep. on size)
Muddle strawberry and syrup; add Sol and lemon juice. Shake ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Violet Fizz
1½ oz Sol Chamomile Citrus
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¼ oz Creme de Violette
½ oz Simple Syrup
Club Soda
Shake first four ingredients well with ice; strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a fresh violet, if available, or a lemon curl.
