Here are all the recipes we’ll be featuring at our Artisan Producer Festival tonight! Choc & Cocktail Image small

Grapefruit Rosemary Fizz
1½ oz Distiller’s Gin No. 11
¾ oz Jo Snow Grapefruit Rosemary Syrup
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Club Soda

Shake first three ingredients with ice; strain into chilled coupe glass. Top with soda, stir briefly. Garnish with 2” sprig of fresh rosemary.

Spiced Gimlet
paired with Katherine Anne Confections‘ coconut rum dark chocolate truffle

2 oz Distiller’s Gin No. 6
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz Spiced Syrup (simple syrup infused with cinnamon, cardamom and ginger)

Shake ingredients with ice; strain into glass. Garnish with lime wedge.

Cherry Fizz
1 ½ oz North Shore Vodka
1 oz Jo Snow Cherry Thyme Syrup
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Club Soda

Shake first three ingredients with ice, strain into Collins glass filled with ice. Top with soda, stir. Garnish with long lemon curl or sprig of fresh thyme.

The Shari Belafonte
1½ oz Aquavit-Private Reserve
½ oz Simple Syrup
3 oz Hansa Coffee‘s Belafonte coffee, cold brewed
½ oz Cream

Add ingredients to tall glass, stir. Fill with ice, and garnish with dash of ground cinnamon on top.

Strawberry Smash
paired with Katherine Anne Confections‘ passionfruit ginger white chocolate truffle

1 large (or half a giant) strawberry, cut into pieces
¼ oz lemon juice
¼ oz tonic syrup (Tomr’s or Wilks & Wilson)
¼ oz simple syrup

Add 1½ oz Sol Chamomile Citrus Vodka, then shake with ice, strain into glass, top with soda. Garnish with strawberry slice.
